I went to the park (Bay Area Park) today to take a few photos. There is a very small botanical garden there. This was the first flower I came across and I'm pretty satisfied I was able to take a pic of it. Unfortunately though I have no idea what it is. If you know, please please tell me what it is. The flowers are about the size of a dime or maybe a tiny bit smaller. The leaves are small too and it grows like a bush but it's really low to the ground. I hope you like it! Thanks for looking!

Update: Someone has identified this flower as Snow Rose, Serissa japonica.

I tried looking for it, and the shrub kind of reminds me of one in my garden, but I have never gotten it to bloom, if it even does.  Will keep a look out for it.  You have gotten a great capture of it!
